Sunna Ósk Þorvaldsdóttir (b. 1989) is an Icelandic industrial designer and artist based in Odense, Denmark. She holds a BSc in Landscape Architecture from Iceland and an MA in Industrial Design from Designskolen Kolding, and has also worked as a multimedia designer.

Her practice spans multiple creative fields with a strong focus on artistic exploration.

Working independently from her studio in Denmark, Sunna’s work is shaped by an ongoing dialogue between nature and society. She is particularly interested in questioning aspects of contemporary life that are often accepted without reflection, including the impact of increasing technology, social norms, and our growing disconnection from the natural environment.

Her work moves between critical reflection and material exploration, aiming to create objects that invite awareness and reconsideration.

She has presented solo exhibitions in Iceland and Denmark, and participated in numerous group exhibitions, including Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven.
