We at SOSK design ship all of our orders through the Icelandic Postal Service, Íslandspóstur hf., the leading postal service in Iceland for over two centuries.
We are very careful and we guarantee that every product is thoroughly inspected and packaged before delivery. If an order should be sent to an address in Iceland we use the domestic parcel service by land. For deliveries to other countries, we direct you to the Postal service’s website: http://postur.is/en/parcels/rates/
The product you buy from our website will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours from your order confirmation. Once your product is shipped, you will receive an email from us with shipping details.
If you would like to return your recently purchased product from SOSK design, we please ask that you contact our customer service by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep in mind that you have 14 days to return the product. Our customer service will need the purchase order number, date of purchase and the reason for why you would like to return the product. The cost of returning the product is covered by the buyer and the method which the buyer uses to return the product is up to him.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with the original packaging unharmed. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If all the conditions above are met and the buyer decides to return the product, the refund will be credited to the buyer’s credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items. Please note that card refunds may take up to 5 business days to complete, this can vary between card issuers.
